Repotting and root prune rewarded
Previous blooms and fruit knocked off by wind. then nothing until these showing positive effect of recent work. Hard slog, but worth it. Taken out of very large pot and installed in smaller, more narrow space. Made the initial error of thinking it needed lots of depth. Mandarin blossom
